Deep groove ball bearings consist of four basic components: the inner race (inner race), the outer race (outer race), the steel ball and the cage. Under normal operating conditions, the inner raceway, the outer raceway and the steel ball are subjected to loads, while the cage acts as a steel ball to separate and maintain stability. The single row radial deep groove ball bearing has simple structure, no separation between inner and outer rings, and convenient use, such as precision instrument, low noise motor, automobile, motorcycle, woodworking machinery, transmission shaft of textile machinery, mining machinery, electromechanical equipment, plastic machinery, office Instruments, medical devices, fitness, defense, aerospace, aerospace and sports equipment and general machinery are the most widely used types of bearings in the machinery industry. It is mainly used to withstand radial loads and can also withstand a certain amount of axial load. When the bearing radial clearance is increased, it has the property of a radial thrust bearing and can withstand large axial loads. Such bearings limit axial movement in both directions. These bearings can be used for lubrication difficulties and for checking lubrication difficulties and special conditions. There is a gap between the dust cover and the inner ring. Bearings with dust caps on both sides are filled with the appropriate lubricant at the time of manufacture, so no cleaning or lubrication is required during installation. In operation, no additional lubricant is required during the allowed lubrication period.

Sealing rings generally use steel skeleton rubber seals. It is a contact seal compared to a deep groove ball bearing with a dust cover. Dust and water resistance is better, but the frictional resistance is larger and the speed is limited.

The snap ring can be used for axial positioning, which simplifies installation in the housing.

Inner diameter size range: 10mm ~ 1320mm
Outer diameter size range: 30mm ~ 1600mm
Width range: 9mm ~ 300 mm
★ Tolerance
Standard deep groove ball bearings have a common grade, all in accordance with GB307.1.
★ Radial clearance
Standard deep groove ball bearings have C2, standard (CN), C3, C4 and C5 internal clearances, all in accordance with GB4604. The radial clearance values are detailed in the introductory table and their values apply to unmounted and unloaded bearings. Bearings with internal clearance greater or less than the standard value can also be produced according to user requirements.
★ Cage
Deep groove ball bearings generally use steel stamped cages or brass solid cages. When the outer diameter is less than 400 mm, the steel stamping cage is not added with a post code. When the outer diameter is larger than 400 mm, the brass solid cage is not used with a post code.
★ Allow angle error
Deep groove ball bearings allow for relative angular tilt of the inner and outer rings. According to the radial clearance, the list is as follows:
